The WynEdge team is a network of people who are focused on building a client centric business. At the core of our solid foundation is a management team with a strong background in providing extensive consulting services and delivering technology solutions. They believe in solving problems, taking on every challenge and managing the company with an exceptional amount of pride.

The team has an entrepreneurial spirit that is infused in daily operations - creating an environment dedicated to forming lasting relationships, supporting uncompromised customer service and providing unsurpassed software to clients.

Working cohesively, the senior management team provides an outstanding synergy that generates a sense of trust and long-term commitment among its employees and clients.

Gene Lytwyn is the company's founder and an entrepreneur who has demonstrated effective leadership in creating a team culture that has spearheaded the company's growth. He has a proven track record of providing premier software solutions for an impressive roster of clients. He continues to drive business success through strategic positioning, strong financial management and outstanding people selection. Prior to founding WynEdge, he applied his technical expertise at Honeywell, Control Systems and Lee Data. While at Honeywell, he was often a liaison between software R&D and off-shore development groups, where he discovered why projects succeeded or failed, leading him to build WynEdge around a team concept, as he found the groups that worked well together produced successful projects.

In 2007, he founded Element Data Group, a result of having identified an opportunity to expand service offerings into the IT industry with focus on law firms. With his strong knowledge in the field of software architecture and best practices, he also was asked to serve as a testifying expert witness and consultant in legal matters. Gene was also instrumental in the creation of a startup company in the software gaming industry which was subsequently sold to GT Interactive, a major publisher and distributor of entertainment software.

Gene defines business success as the ability to give back to the community through charitable acts and donations; he contributes annually to Minnesota Special Olympics, the Minneapolis Crisis Nursery and Compassion International.
